Project Assistant
QUALIFICATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS:
Associates Degree in Office Administration, English, or Business. Additional courses with environmental emphasis preferred with a minimum of five years’ work experience strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe/Nuance is required. Proficiency in Outlook and InDesign preferred.
Knowledge of SharePoint sites required.
Strong preference will be given to those who have worked in an environmental, engineering, consulting, or other fast-paced professional services organization.
Knowledge of CERCLA and FDEP regulations are desired.
Navy scribe experience desired.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Associates Degree (or higher) in Office Administration, English, or Business.
