- Member of either the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI)
- Professional planner with a proven record of success within the built environment industry.
- Deep understanding of planning, legislation and people management and be conversant with current principles and techniques.
- Experienced in financial and change management.
- Excellent client relationship and service delivery skills and ability to demonstrate a high level of market and commercial awareness.
