Operations and Program Manager - Harrisburg, PA

15+ years progressive project/program management experience. Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver community planning, disaster recovery, and economic development, services.  Must be highly motivated, customer focused, and work well in a team environment. Strong leadership, business development, oral communication, and technical writing skills required. Must be able to drive a motor vehicle and pass a motor vehicle records check.  Bachelor degree required and a Masters' is desirable.  Some travel may be required.
