The successful candidate will have:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred).

Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.

Must have 12+ years of experience performing strategic planning, qualitative and quantitative analyses, including, but not limited to: project planning and execution, life cycle acquisition management and planning, risk analysis and mitigation plan development.

Must have prior experience supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or have worked at the FAA.

Experience/familiarity with FAA Orders and/or Advisory Circulars (AC) is desirable.

Knowledge of the systems and processes that currently support Instrument Flight Procedures (IFP) design and development is desirable.

Advanced proficiency in the use of industry standard office software and applications (MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.).

Experience working with dashboards is desirable.
