The successful candidate will have:

At least 3 years’ HR Generalist experience required

BS Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

PHR/SPHR preferred
-
Comprehensive knowledge of general human resources practices and procedures

Comprehensive knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations pertaining to the human resources function

Strong Microsoft Excel skills to enable Generalist to manipulate, analyze, calculate and communicate compensation data.

Strong Interpersonal and Verbal communication skills

Effective administrative and organizational skills
-
Proficiency in the use of HRIS systems for employee data updates and reporting
