Grant Manager (CDBG-Harris County)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Management, Accounting, Business, Construction Management or related field
- 3 or more years of experience with CDBG, Hazard Mitigation and FEMA grants
- Ability to learn, interpret and apply policy to specific circumstances
- Working knowledge of federal grant programs, specifically FEMA grant programs, including related statutes, regulations, policies and processes. A combination of industry experience and degree may be substituted.
- Must be organized and be able to handle multiple tasks
- Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Microsoft SharePoint
- Strong critical thinking abilities
