Finance Specialist - Thailand
Essential KSA's required (experience, skills, education, certification, etc.):
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing the finances of donor funded projects, or similar, with increasing levels of responsibilities.
- Experience with bookkeeping and financial reconciliations, using QuickBooks.
- Excellent writing, communication and listening skills.
- Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, both independently and as a team member interacting with staff members and vendors at all levels.
- A high level of ethics, honesty, professionalism, diplomacy, ability to maintain confidentiality and commitment to customer service.
- Fluency (speaking, listening, writing, reading) in English and Thai.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Prefered but not required KSA's:
- In-depth knowledge of the USAID rules and regulations on procurement, subcontracts.
