Employee Relations Specialist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- 3+ years of experience in human resources or employee relations with at least 2 years of experience directly managing complex employee relations matters and investigations.
- Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
- Effective communication and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
- Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale
- Through knowledge of and ability to apply current federal, state, and local laws relating to employment matters, including regulations or guidance issued by the Department of Labor, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, or other similar agencies.
