Requirements & Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development or a related field is required, advanced degree is preferred.
- 8 years’ experience in human resource management required, including supervisory experience.
- Experience working in an international organization; including expatriates and foreign nationals, demonstrating intercultural awareness.
- FSO, Facility Security Officer experience preferred.
- Experience supporting an organization which serves federal government clients required.
- Professional registration, i.e. SPHR/PHR; GPHR preferred.
- Very strong organizational and problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Oracle, or other on-line HR management systems.
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- High level of reliability, follow-through, and sensitivity with confidential information.
