Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, International Development, or related field is required; advanced degree highly desired.
  • Ten years (10) progressive management experience in USAID-funded project administration and backstopping, including operations, finance, compliance, and grants administration.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel; experience using QuickBooks preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of FAR, AIDAR, ADS, and USAID procurement regulations (22 CFR 228).
  • Experience managing and supervising finance and administrative staff.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations for Jordan as they apply to contracts, payroll, and other payments, preferred.
  • Previous experience working on a USAID-funded projects required.
  • English fluency (speaking, reading, and writing) and Arabic proficiency required.
