Customer Service Coordinator
The candidate must have the following qualifications:
- At least five (5) years of experience working in a customer relations position.
- Fluent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent writing and ability to present reports.
- Proficiency in use of computers and software appropriate to this position, including Microsoft Excel and Teams.
The preferred candidate will also have:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education in a related field.
- Prior experience with housing programs.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work attentively with minimal supervision.
- Workdays in excess of 8 hours and/or weekend attendance may be required.
- Have extraordinary attention to detail and work well with a team.
- Ability to learn new software programs as necessary.
