Contract Attorney, Enterprise Risk Management
• Must possess the highest level of professionalism, work ethic and integrity with the ability to maintain confidential information.
• Must possess excellent analytical, writing and oral communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis, data analysis tools and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision as well as the ability to organize workload for effective implementation.
• Must possess the ability to work independently and to gather, analyze and disseminate information accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining sound judgment and initiative.
• Must be willing to relocate to the corporate office in Pasadena, CA.
Essential Skills/Experience/Education:
• 1-5 years’ experience representing design professionals and consultants either in-house or with a law firm. Experience in structuring, negotiating, reviewing and drafting a variety of government and commercial contracts.
• Juris doctorate from an accredited top tier law school.
• Active member in good standing of a state bar association.
