Construction Inspectors - LaBelle, FL
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2+ years of construction inspection experience
Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required
Familiarity with general civil construction plans and specifications
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint)
Experience using AutoCAD engineering software, preferred
Good written and verbal communication skills, essential
The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized and capable of working with a diverse team in a challenging environment and be able to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities
The candidate must have knowledge and experience in field observation of underground construction, earth moving, embankment construction, deep excavation, shoring, grading, paving, drainage, installation of utilities and other general earth work projects
The work associated with this position will require coordination with the construction of the project’s large concrete water control structures and pumping stations
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the design and construction of these vertical concrete structures
The candidate must have a fundamental knowledge of construction standards and specifications associated with these works
