Business Development Manager – Landfill Gas
Accountabilities/Performance Metrics
· Meets
assigned expectations for profitability per project and total group’s P&L.
· Project
cost models are accurate and ensures projects are delivered on time and within
budget.
· Maintains
high level of communication within all levels of 90 person division.
· Maintains
high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards based on
customer feedback.
Desired Skills, Experience and Requirements:
· Bachelor’s
Degree in civil, environmental or construction management.
· Minimum
8 years of demonstrated technical experience in the solid waste industry or in
parallel pipe installation and drilling industry, experience leading teams of
technicians, projecting workloads and scheduling work, and experience managing
budgets.
· Demonstrated
exceptional written and oral communication skills.
· Ability
to handle multiple tasks, coordinate effectively with others and work
independently within a team.
· Expertise
in Microsoft Office.
· Demonstrates
a passion and a responsibility for customers, and delivering quality service.
· Desire
to own decisions and take responsibility for outcomes.
· Willingness
to travel, average 40% of the time.
· Willingness
to continually embrace personal and professional development.
· Ability
to see big picture, understanding of company goals and the ability to provide
leadership for the successful implementation of those goals.
