Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
- Minimum one year of professional and/or academic experience conducting research with a particular focus on youth, democracy, governance, and conflict, required.
- Experience conducting research and/or assessment activities including virtual and in-person interviews in Iraq strongly preferred.
- Experience conducting donor-funded, preferably USAID, assessment activities preferred.
- Strong writing, analytical, and effective interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a diverse team.
- Fluency in Arabic and working knowledge of English required. Kurdish language proficiency is a plus.
