Project Summary:

The Mozambique Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MozMEL) Activity is a five-year initiative to support the Mission in monitoring, evaluation, learning, training, and logistical support. The U.S. Government (USG) is committed to partnering with Mozambique to stabilize conflict-affected areas and build longer-term resilience and peace. In the wake of modest security gains by regional forces against ISIS-M, Mozambican leaders now have a critical opportunity to address these vulnerabilities and foster recovery, reconciliation, and resilience. The United States Strategy to Prevent Conflict and Promote Stability (SCPCS) will layout the strategic grounds to reach that goal.
