Minimum Qualification Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus;
* At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in water and wastewater utility management, business planning, and organizational change;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail;
* Experience implementing approaches to climate change adaptation (theory and implementation) in the Egyptian water and wastewater sector. * Understanding of water and wastewater utility operations and processes, including but not limited to: engineering and production, asset management, internal controls, audit, data management and SCADA, billing and collections ;
* Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders;
* Proven leadership, team management, organizational, and writing skills;
* Professional fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English is required;
