Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum five years of experience in TB care, treatment, and management, especially in the Mozambican National Health System is required.
- Experience in clinical work with specialization in infectious diseases, public health, or related fields is required.
- Experience in the province applied for is preferred.
- Familiarity with TB diagnostic and treatment protocols in low-resource settings is required.
- Ability to work in challenging settings, particularly in Mozambique or similar contexts is preferred.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide healthcare staff and ensure quality service delivery is required.
- Fluency in Portuguese is required. Proficiency in local languages, such as Makhuwa, Sena, Nyanja, and Lomwe, is preferred.
