Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in public health or similar field of study is required.
- Minimum five years of experience in evaluation design, methods, management, and implementation, in the public health sector is required.
- Technical experience in tuberculosis programs, including knowledge of TB detection, treatment, and prevention strategies is required.
- Familiarity with USAID's cross-cutting program priorities, such as gender equality, youth empowerment, and health systems strengthening is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural settings, with experience working in Mozambique or similar contexts is preferred.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis methods and interpretation of health data is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese required.
