Technical Specialists for Southern Africa Countering Wildlife Crime Activity

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

* Minimum of a master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline is required;

* Minimum seven (7) years of experience in the respective field of technical expertise; preferably in the biodiversity conservation, environmental sciences, natural resource management, and working on large donor funded projects;

* Experience designing and implementing programming related to wildlife conservation or enforcement, natural resource management, policy development, wildlife crime and trafficking prevention, with a focus on institutional capacity development and best practices;

* Proven track record collaborating with a diverse array of stakeholders and fostering collaborative learning and adaptive management, and social inclusion with women, youth, indigenous and other vulnerable populations;

* Experience working in Southern Africa required.

* Professional fluency in English required.
