Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in law, criminal justice, public administration, international development, or related area; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum seven of technical relevant experience in a national or international setting. Minimum 10 years of experience preferred.
- Experience providing support to the design and implementation of cutting-edge approaches in anti-corruption and governance.
- Demonstrated success in supporting the capture of new work, including the ability support technical writing for strategic company bids within key anti-corruption and governance technical areas.
- Ability to work with diverse teams of Technical Directors, Managers, and Associates, along with Project Managers.
- Ability to travel when required.
- Strong writing, analytical, speaking, and communication ability in English. Skills in second language highly desirable.

Pay Transparency Statement:
We are committed to taking a thoughtful, compliant, and equitable approach to employment compensation. We commit to providing a holistic comprehensive salary analysis, including reviews of individual skill sets and compensable factors related to qualifications, business needs, internal compensation data, and industry and labor market surveys. The anticipated pay range for this position is $105,000 to $135,000 USD.
