Qualifications:
- Master’s degree with five years of relevant experience in public health, logistics and supply chain management, pharmacy or pharmacy-related field, community health, biostatistics, or another relevant area required.
- Minimum five years of experience in technical disciplines related to pharmaceutical supply chain management or operations (such as forecasting and supply planning, distribution planning, warehousing, inventory management, risk management, and other key supply chain technical functions) data programming and data analysis required.
- Minimum two years of experience in public health programming, specifically in HIV programming required.
- Working knowledge of the commodity logistics systems for health products related to HIV is required, including experience/knowledge of quantification, forecasting, warehousing, distribution, information management, district capacity-building, and commodity procurement practice.
- Ability to collaborate with MEL-P and USAID and promptly integrate provided feedback.
- Detailed and result-oriented with problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Strong computer skills, including high proficiency in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs, such as Microsoft Office.
- Full professional proficiency in English speaking, reading, and writing is required.
