Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer/data science or related field is required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum five years of related experience working on software development required.
- Experience providing technical support under U.S. State Department funded projects preferred.
- Familiarity and experience working in the West Bank required. Experience working with the justice sector preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs including Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages including but not limited to Java, Python, and C++.
- Strong adaptability, communication, proactive problem-solving, service-oriented, and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to work effectively and harmoniously under pressure in a stressful environment and with colleagues from different cultural and professional backgrounds required.
- Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English required.
