Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., data analysis, communication, management, political science, or international relations).
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience working on internationally funded projects in conflict-affected areas, with a strong preference for experience in Ukraine.
- Demonstrated and in-depth knowledge of risk assessment.
- Highly motivated, energetic, independent, self-starter, with strong duty of care orientation.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office: Word, Excel.
- Strong communication skills – both oral and written.
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian required.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The role requires presence in Tetra Tech’s office in Kyiv and can involve hybrid work in accordance with Tetra Tech policies and at the discretion of the Chief of Party.
