Senior Monitoring Specialist, Third Party Monitoring (TPM), Kyiv, Ukraine

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to social science research or international development or other relevant field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Eight (8) years of increasingly responsible experience leading research or monitoring programs, with at least three (3) years in a fragile state, preferably working in Ukraine.
• Previous experience conducting qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis as well as preparing reports based on that data collection, required.
• Excellent oral and written communication, analytic, interpersonal and management skills.
• Understanding of the monitoring and verification methods employed by the donor community in challenging and conflict-affected environments, such as Ukraine.
• Fluency in written and spoken English required; proficiency in Ukrainian is highly preferred.
