Senior Advisor, PIMMELA

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in in international relations, economics, statistics, public policy, research methods, program assessment, evaluation/measurement or another relevant field required.
• Minimum five years of experience in development and humanitarian projects required.
• Experience with M&E in development and humanitarian programs is required.
• Experience in MERRLAA activities required, preferably in the context of international development or humanitarian assistance.
• Experience in providing technical leadership and guidance on MERRLAA methodologies and best practices required.
• Ability to travel preferred.
• Professional spoken and written proficiency in English required.
