Sampling Expert, Ethiopia Nutrition and Mortality Study

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in statistics, epidemiology, or similar discipline is required. PhD preferred.
• Minimum five years of work experience in nutrition and mortality surveys or similar surveys/studies is required.
• Experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation using quantitative and qualitative methods required.
• Extensive training and experience in quantitative research and sampling approaches, ideally in humanitarian settings preferred.
• Advanced skills in designing survey methodology and the use of core statistical analysis software such as SPSS and/or Stata, especially as applied to survey data required.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required. Skills in local languages is a benefit.
