Research Specialist, EMSRIE

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as impact research, international development, etc., is required.
• Minimum eight years of experience in supporting impact evaluations and conducting impact research, particularly in the methodologies and techniques relevant to program monitoring or impact evaluations, preferably for USAID or other bilateral or multilateral donors, is required.
• Minimum eight years of experience in drafting deliverables, reports, leading presentations and participating in or leading larger discussion around the technical details of research and evaluation activities with relevant stakeholders is required.
• Ability to travel to implementation areas in Bangladesh based on the evaluation’s needs is required.
• Fluency in English is required.
