Project Manager, Kyiv, Ukraine

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study (Public Policy/Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, Monitoring and Evaluation, etc.) and five years of related work experience.
• Demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders of different backgrounds.
• Fluent in English (strong writing skills necessary) and Ukrainian.
• Previous experience in translating from Ukrainian to English both orally and written.
• Previous experience with transportation engineering or construction projects preferred.
• Experience working for a donor-funded entity or implementing partner on a USAID or UK-funded assistance projects strongly preferred.
