Project Execution and Logistics Specialist - Ukraine

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant logistics, supply chain, or operations within Ukraine 
• Experience and knowledge of the landscape of logistics, shipping, and customs requirements within Ukraine. 
• Excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines 
• Strong oral and written communications skills 
• Detail-oriented, ability to work independently 
• Fluent in Ukrainian and professional knowledge of Russian language 
• Professional knowledge of English  

Preferred but Not Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S. government or donor-funded projects 

Line Management Responsibility: Logistics and Project Execution Assistant 

Physical Demands and Work Environment:  This will be a hybrid position, but will require frequent, regular attendance at the office in Kyiv, and may entail occasional travel within Ukraine for interaction with local stakeholders.
