Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, law, business administration, or a related field 

  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in document review and compliance 

  • Knowledge of local legislation, procurement regulations, and manuals 

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; excellent attention to detail 

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills 

  • Advanced language skills in Ukrainian and English 

  • Willingness to travel at least monthly to various locations around Ukraine, as required 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools 

 

Preferred but Not Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in engineering, law, business administration, or a related field

 

Line Management Responsibility:  N/A 

Physical Demands and Work Environment: This position will require regular attendance at the office in Kyiv and will entail frequent travel within Ukraine for interaction with local stakeholders.
