The opportunity

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with the proposal team on strategic issues involving proposal budgets and ensure that the team is educated on client requirements for the cost proposals.
- Lead Cost/Price Volume production responsibility for complex price proposals.
- Develop cost kick-off presentations for executive leadership team.
- Manage assigned subcontractors as a part of the proposal process and perform activities including developing budget templates, providing budget assumptions and negotiating budgets.
- Conduct internal budget reviews during the proposal period.
- Present budget reviews to key stakeholders including executive leadership.
- Ensure proposals comply with Tetra Tech corporate policy.
Selection criteria
- An accounting qualification is highly desirable.
- Experience submitting government tenders.
- Experience working under hard deadlines and managing multi-deliverable projects.
- Experience in accounting, finance and business administration operations and reporting.
- Demonstrated skills in business finance operations (approvals, payments, accounting, reporting, procurement).
- Excellent English, written and verbal.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
