Natural Gases Lead - Ukraine

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in energy policy, engineering, economics, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in natural and/or clean gases sector projects, including leadership roles.
• High level understanding of the value chain and issues in the gas sector of Ukraine.
• Strong knowledge of EU energy policies and natural gas markets.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Demonstrated project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred but Not Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of Ukrainian.
• Project management qualifications.

Line Management Responsibility: This role will manage six local staff members based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:  This will be a hybrid position, but will require frequent, regular attendance at the office in Kyiv, and may entail occasional travel within Ukraine for interaction with local stakeholders.
