Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist (Proposal)

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, public policy, M&E, or related field.

·       A minimum of seven (7) years of experience with field monitoring, data entry, analysis, and reporting tools.

·       Familiarity with World Bank or international donor M&E frameworks.

·       Regional experience in one or more World Bank regions (Africa East & West, East Asia and Pacific, Europe & Central Asia, Latin America & Caribbean, Middle East, North Africa, Afghanistan, South Asia).

·       Prior experience working with the World Bank.

·       Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data.

·       Strong writing and communication skills.

·       Fluency in English required; other languages preferred.

·       Experience working in fragile or conflict-affected contexts preferred.

·       Willingness to travel to project locations as needed.
