Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in monitoring and evaluation, international development, public policy, or related field.
· Minimum of 10 years of M&E experience in development or humanitarian programs, including in FCV contexts.
· Regional experience in one or more World Bank regions (Africa East & West, East Asia and Pacific, Europe & Central Asia, Latin America & Caribbean, Middle East, North Africa, Afghanistan, South Asia).
· Prior experience monitoring and evaluating World Bank programs with knowledge of World Bank and international donor M&E standards and practices required.
· Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing monitoring systems for large-scale, multi-sectoral projects.
· Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, and visualization.
· Experience leading teams and coordinating across departments or organizations.
· Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
· Fluency in English required; other languages preferred.
· Willingness and ability to travel to field locations as needed.
