Minimum Qualifications Required:

* Minimum bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience overseeing MEL in an international development context or master’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience overseeing MEL in an international development context.

* Proficiency in development and implementation of MEL plans.

* Demonstrated experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods and analysis, using a wide variety of analytical tools, and in survey design.

* Working knowledge of USAID and private sector clients with experience using data and evidence to enable data-driven decision making and produce high-quality and timely reports for a diverse range of stakeholders.

* Familiarity with USAID data governance principles and practices to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations.

* Must have demonstrated proficiencies and have strong capacities in digital data collection methods, cloud storage, and data visualization tools.

* An eagerness to learn and ability to work independently, resourcefully, and to take initiative with flexibility to change priorities as needed.

* Desire to work in a multi-cultural environment and collaborate with people from different backgrounds and experiences, with a partner-first approach to interacting with stakeholders.

* Fluency in English required; working proficiency in Spanish, French or Arabic desirable, but not required.

* Current US work authorization is required at the time of application.

We are committed to taking a thoughtful, compliant and equitable approach to employment compensation and rate setting. We commit to providing a holistic comprehensive salary analysis, including reviews of individual skill sets and compensable factors related to qualifications, business needs, internal compensation data, and industry and labor market surveys.  The anticipated pay range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 annually.
