Qualifications
• A Master’s degree in social sciences, international development, economics, or other fields closely related to MEL or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of six years of experience in international development required.
• Minimum of three years of concentrated experience in applied data collection with a strong background in MEL processes and knowledge of MEL tools required.
• Experience with USG-funded development programs and MEL systems for USG-funded programs is required.
• Familiarity with donor-funded programming in Ukraine is required.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
