Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, MEASURE

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social sciences, international development, economics, or other fields closely related to MEL required.
• Minimum six years of experience in international development with minimum three years of concentrated experience in applied data collection, such as research or MEL data collection, required.
• Experience with USG-funded development programs and MEL systems for USG-funded programs is required.
• Familiarity with donor-funded programming in Ukraine is required.
• Strong background in MEL processes and knowledge of MEL tools required.
• Strong written and spoken English is required. Proficiency in Ukrainian is highly desirable.
