Logistics Assistant - Ukraine

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, finance, engineering, business administration, or other relevant field

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chains, procurement, or operations

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently with guidance

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced work environment

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data verification

• Familiarity with cloud storage systems and basic digital documentation tools

• Willingness to learn and contribute proactively to team success

• Fluency in Ukrainian and full proficiency in English

Preferred but Not Required Qualifications

• Professional certification in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement

• Experience with U.S. government or other donor-funded projects

Line Management Responsibility: N/A

Physical Demands and Work Environment:   This position will require regular attendance at the office in Kyiv and may entail occasional travel within Ukraine for interaction with local stakeholders.
