Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, education or other fields relevant to learning and capacity building required. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum five years of experience in designing and implementing capacity building programs required.
- Experience in learning principles and capacity building methodologies required.
- Experience in international development or work with international aspects and counterparts.
- Experience with USAID preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CLA principles and their application required.
- Proficiency in relevant software/tools for knowledge management required.
- Ability to oversee quality control on work products required.
- Ability to work and travel to multi-cultural environments and build effective working relationships with clients, subcontractors, partners, and colleagues required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, positive, and approachable.
- Strong facilitation, training, and coaching skills required.
- Strong oral and written communication, attention to detail, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and team management skills required.
- Professional English capability required, both written and verbal required.
