Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree in National Security, International Relations, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in irregular warfare, military operations, or defense education.
- Experience instructing DoD personnel and international military professionals with a concentration on irregular warfare.
- Experience developing tailored curricula and training modules to a wide variety of audiences.
- Experience identifying training gaps and educational shortfalls through the assessment of existing curricula.
- Strongly familiarity with teaching and evaluating courses for TILT-C, NRAC and CDAC.
- Supervisory skills and ability to mentor junior instructors, researchers or curriculum developers.
- Strong analytical and research skills to adapt training content based on current operational trends.
- Experience working in joint, interagency, or multinational training environments.
- Strong public speaking skills and experience facilitating and participating in discussions.
- Strong understanding of concepts including comprehensive defense applications; national resilience or resilience; transformational irregular warfare leaders.
- Must possess a Top-Secret Clearance.
