Grants Manager - Ukraine

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or other relevant discipline 
• Minimum three (3) years relevant experience working in grants 
• Experience with collection and analysis of accounting data 
• Excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines 
• Strong communications skills – both oral and written 
• Fluency in English, Ukrainian, and Russian 

Preferred but Not Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline 
• Prior experience with U.S. government-funded projects

Line Management Responsibility: Two Grants Specialists 

Physical Demands and Work Environment:  This will be a hybrid position, but will require frequent, regular attendance at the office in Kyiv, and may entail occasional travel within Ukraine for interaction with local stakeholders.
