Global Operations Manager for WASHFIN 2 Project

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, administration, business, or other related field; master’s degree preferred.

* Minimum seven years’ professional work experience related to operations, logistics, and/or general financial management.

* Minimum five years’ experience related to USAID-funded programs, preferably of similar magnitude and complexity.

* Knowledge of USAID rules and regulations and ability to find these regulations on-line.

* Budget development, structuring, projections, expenditure tracking skills.

* Excellent communication skills.

* MS Office Suite knowledge at a medium to advanced level.

* Fluency in English.

* Self-motivated and able to work with minimal guidance to achieve results.

* Ability to travel 25-30% of time to developing countries.

* Strong cross-cultural relations and inter-personal communication skills.

* Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a high-pressure work environment and work well in multi-disciplinary teams.

* Fluency in another language of WASH-FIN portfolio countries, especially French.

* US work authorization required for a US-based location. International remote work in a registered Tetra Tech location may be considered, requiring candidates be eligible to legally work in the country of the location base.

 

 Preferred Qualifications:

* Start-up and close-out experience on USAID-funded projects.

* International field experience.

* Proficiency in QuickBooks and Salesforce.

Pay Transparency Statement (for US-based locations):

We are committed to taking a thoughtful, compliant and equitable approach to employment compensation and rate setting. We commit to providing a holistic comprehensive salary analysis, including reviews of individual skill sets and compensable factors related to qualifications, business needs, internal compensation data, and industry and labor market surveys.  The anticipated pay range for this position is $78,000 to $117,000 annually.
