Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in international affairs, gender studies, anthropology, international development, sociology, energy or another related field is required.
  • Minimum 8 years of GESI equality analysis and action plan implementation experience required.
  • Proven track-record of designing and implementing practical and actionable USAID ADS-205 compliant gender analyses and gender action plans.
  • Experience with GESI analysis and/or GESI integration within energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Able to communicate complex information and deliver verbal and written messages effectively.
  • Effective organizational, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, while providing strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Able to travel (international field sites), as needed.
  • Full proficiency in English. 

Valued Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in international affairs, gender studies, anthropology, international development, sociology, energy or another related field 
  • Full proficiency in French.
