Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Advisor, USAID South Sudan Peacebuilding and Independent Media (PBIM) Activity, Juba, South Sudan

Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in international development, peacebuilding, conflict resolution or other relevant field preferred.
• A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience, with at least two in gender and social inclusion programming, similar experience in youth programming highly desired.
• Familiarity with donor polices, such as USAID’s gender and social inclusion policies
• Demonstrated knowledge of gender and youth in the South Sudanese context
• Experience in technical writing and drafting of assessments, reports, and MEL plans with lens on social inclusion preferred
• Familiarity in addressing issues related to safeguarding and gender-based violence within the South Sudan context preferred
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
