Minimum Qualification Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social development, primarily on projects/activities funded by development partners.
* Project management and oversight experience.
* Technical skills in environmental programs around monitoring and evaluation, communications, recycling, waste management, training, governance, etc.
* Advanced proficiency in speaking and writing in English language.
* FSM national and native language speaker.
