Director of Administration and Finance for Water and Wastewater Sector Climate Change Adaptation Activity

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

* Minimum bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline such as administration or international development. A Master’s degree is desirable;

* Minimum of 10 years of similar experience managing administration and finance for USAID contracts;

* Experience providing contractual and financial oversight to USAID-funded projects in Egypt or the Midde East;

* Supervisory experience managing a team working in the areas of: financial management, budgeting,  accounting, payroll, procurement and subcontracting, human resources, and logistical support services;

* Knowledge of USAID rules and regulations ;

* Excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment;

* Fluency in written and oral English and Arabic is required.
