Data Analysis and Management Specialist, Monitoring, Evaluation and Audit Services for Reporting (MEASURE) in Ukraine Project, Kyiv, Ukraine

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in economics, sociology, statistics, social sciences, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, is required.
• Experience with monitoring and evaluation (M&E) projects or activities.
• Experience designing and managing large databases and analyzing trends and patterns.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to organize, interpret, and present large volumes of data.
• Proficiency in analytical software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, STATA, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian (spoken and written) is required.
