Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, law, international relations, social work, or a related field required. Master’s degree in human rights, social development, or development of civil society organizations preferred.
  • Minimum three years of experience in management of planning sessions and strengthening of civil society organizations required.
  • Minimum two years of experience in development and implementation of USAID methodologies and strengthening processes of CSOs.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of intersectional and gender approaches. 
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en ciencias sociales, derecho, relaciones internacionales, trabajo social o afines. Preferentemente con maestría en derechos humanos, desarrollo social, desarrollo de organizaciones de la sociedad civil.
  • Por lo menos 3 años de experiencia en manejo de sesiones de planeación y fortalecimiento de organizaciones de la sociedad civil.
  • Experiencia en el desarrollo e implementación de metodologías de USAID y procesos de fortalecimiento para OSC.
  • Conocimiento del enfoque interseccional y la perspectiva de género.
  • Fluidez en español requerido.
