Minimum Qualifications Required:
* Minimum bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field.
* Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience.
* Demonstrated experience developing communications and outreach strategies for donor-funded programming. USAID experience preferred.
* Ability to translate complex concepts into digestible content.
* Demonstrated experience working on communications content for policy development, budgeting, taxes, advocacy, and/or citizen engagement.
* Strong staff management and time management skills.
* Professional proficiency in English is required.
* Professional proficiency in Sinhala and/or Tamil is strongly preferred.
* Sri Lankan nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
